Description

Own the quality assurance strategy for platform features and web services, ensuring rigorous functional, regression, and API testing standards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and execute detailed automated and manual test scenarios for platform features.
• Develop and maintain regression test cases using Selenium Web Driver and Java.
• Perform API testing and validation using REST Assured or similar frameworks.
• Review product requirements for testability and propose design improvements for automation.
• Track quality metrics, report defects, and participate in Scrum activities to support continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software QA, covering both functional and automation testing.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Selenium Web Driver and Java.
• 6+ years of experience in API testing using manual and automated processes.
• 4+ years of experience with the REST Assured framework or equivalent tools.
• 4+ years of experience working with relational databases such as MySQL or MSSQL.
• 4+ years of experience working within agile software engineering teams.
• Deep knowledge of functional, performance, regression, and security test techniques.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA’s role within it.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working remotely with geographically distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to estimate, prioritize, and coordinate complex testing activities.
