You ensure high-quality user experiences by testing web-based systems and managing complex integration projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute manual test cases for new features and complex software test plans.
• Analyze, reproduce, and verify production bugs to ensure full coverage of user use cases.
• Influence design, UX, and product requirements from a QA perspective.
• Manage large QA integration projects and monitor how code changes affect existing features.
• Communicate QA results and bug reports to all stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience testing web-based systems.
• Proven experience in API testing and manual test execution.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Experience with browser debugging techniques.
• Strong ability to identify bugs and solve complex technical issues.
• Excellent planning, execution, and task-switching skills.
• Professional-level written and spoken English.
• Ability to lead and engage others within a large engineering group.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Charles or Fiddler Web Debugging Proxy.
• Experience with DB querying.
• Background in billing and payments systems.
