Description

Lead quality assurance for securities processing and derivatives products across front-to-back office workflows.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end test strategies, planning, and estimation for financial workflows.
• Develop and run functional, regression, and data-driven test scenarios to meet SLAs.
• Manage defect lifecycles and track progress using industry-standard tools.
• Validate complex workflows involving equities, bonds, treasuries, repo, and collateral management.
• Support operational processes spanning finance, risk, and middle-office systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of QA engineering experience in broker/dealer or securities processing environments.
• Deep knowledge of Equities, Bonds, Treasuries, ABS, MBS, and Repo/Reverse Repo.
• Strong proficiency in SQL with experience in Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Practical experience with JIRA and TestRail.
• Hands-on experience with TestNG.
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience testing middle-office and collateral management systems.

Preferred Skills

• Automation experience using Java, Selenium, Maven, and IntelliJ IDEA.
