Description

You will lead QA efforts for mobile applications across the full software lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requirements and prepare detailed Test Plans.
• Develop and execute manual test cases for new features, ensuring defect-free releases.
• Build and maintain automation using Java/Selenium with a BDD Cucumber framework.
• Coordinate testing efforts between onshore and offshore teams and support groups.
• Provide status reporting and act as a proactive solution provider.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in QA testing, specifically within the Retail domain (Online Shopping, Sales & Stores).
• Expertise in Mobile Application Testing (iOS and Android).
• Strong proficiency in Java and Automation Framework development.
• Experience implementing BDD Cucumber for test automation.
• Familiarity with SQL for data validation.
• Experience with CI/CD Tools, such as Jenkins.
• Experience handling and mentoring a team of 5+ QA members.
• Strong manual testing experience.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong customer interaction.
