Description

You will own functional quality assurance within the Commercial Lines insurance domain.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans and execute test cases based on business requirements and system specifications.
• Test Commercial Lines insurance processes, products, coverage, and underwriting guidelines hands-on.
• Collaborate with analysts and developers to clarify system requirements and ensure accurate testing.
• Coordinate with offshore testing teams, providing necessary guidance and support.
• Improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance software delivery quality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Senior Software QA Engineer or similar role.
• Specialized experience in P&C insurance, specifically Commercial Lines.
• Strong grasp of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience in Agile environments.
• Solid knowledge of test management tools including Jira, HP ALM, ADO, or Rally.
• Expertise in QA Functional testing techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
