Description

Lead QA strategy and automation maturity across multiple teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and manage manual, automation, and performance QA teams.
• Define and implement end-to-end test strategies and QA standards.
• Architect and scale automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
• Own QA delivery for all releases to ensure zero-defect production rollouts.
• Champion shift-left testing within Agile/Scrum processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional QA experience.
• Leadership in QA team management and mentoring.
• Expertise in automation framework design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD integration.
• Proficiency in Quality Management and defining quality metrics.
• Experience with Test Planning and quality governance.
• Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis for quality issues.
• Familiarity with Product Management lifecycle alignment.
