Description

Lead quality engineering for Medicare domains, managing test plans, automation strategy, and full lifecycle delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Business SMEs and cross-domain QE teams to define test plans, scope, and timelines.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle, including functional, integrated, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Drive an automation-first approach in collaboration with Automation Quality Engineers.
• Collaborate with test data and environment teams to ensure client environment readiness.
• Participate in defect management, story grooming, and daily standups to clarify requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technology Quality Engineering.
• 5+ years of Medicare experience specifically in Provider management and claims.
• Proficiency with SQL and variations across popular databases.
• Experience with AWS services including S3, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
• 1+ years of experience with Python.
• Strong experience in UI and database testing.
• Practical knowledge of SDLC processes and Agile methodologies.
• Experience using Jira, Zephyr, or similar test and project management tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage outsourced or offshore testing arrangements.

• Agile certification.
