Description

You will manage testing activities for technology components deployed on trainsets and oversee the development of technology integration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA planning and development initiatives to drive testing execution.
• Draft and review test plans, test cases, and scripts to maintain quality standards.
• Mentor team members and provide leadership to ensure project performance.
• Travel to sites during testing phases to validate and refine test processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA management or project management.
• Expertise in developing and managing Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scripts.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience using MS Office, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Background working as a QA Analyst or Project Manager.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with field technology.
