Description

Lead quality engineering efforts by designing automation solutions and managing project deliverables within the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, and operations staff to define requirements.
• Develop scalable, efficient solutions that align with technology standards and enable new trading activities.
• Partner with global stakeholders and product teams to implement digital accessibility standards and improve testing practices.
• Provide knowledge transfer to team members through application demos, walkthroughs, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Python within an enterprise environment.
• Proven experience in QE and automation practices.
• Expertise in writing test cases and automation using pytest.
• Ability to infer quality requirements from raw functional requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in written, verbal, and presentation communication.
• Experience creating and maintaining best practice documentation across multiple systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with test automation using Playwright.
• Experience using Zephyr.
