Description

Lead a QA team to ensure quality across modular and microservices systems, owning the release pipeline and testing strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA testers.
• Design, implement, and execute automated test cases using Leapwork.
• Develop test cases for seamless integration into CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct testing across UI, API, and database layers to validate functionality and data integrity.
• Perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot issues and resolve defects with development teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• 5+ years of experience using Leapwork for automated testing.
• Proficiency in UI testing, API testing, and SQL for data validation.
• Experience integrating test cases into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience working with modular and microservices systems.
• Experience using ServiceNOW.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a QA team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating ServiceNOW with Leapwork.
• Relevant QA certifications.
