Description

Oversee end-to-end testing activities and manage offshore QA teams to ensure timely, high-quality software delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle testing activities across the SDLC, from requirements gathering to UAT.
• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and detailed test cases.
• Conduct functional, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution workflows using Azure DevOps.
• Mentor junior QA staff and coordinate with cross-functional teams to define test scenarios.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software testing experience.
• Expertise in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps for defect tracking and management.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end testing cycles.
• Ability to manage and coordinate offshore testing teams.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
