Description

You will lead QA efforts for healthcare claims lifecycle applications, ensuring end-to-end quality across adjudication and provider workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute end-to-end test strategies for claims adjudication and benefits setup.
• Lead defect management, focusing on leakage prevention and release assurance.
• Coordinate integration testing across upstream and downstream payer ecosystem systems.
• Manage test data readiness and environment alignment for stable releases.
• Drive cross-functional coordination with business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in QA, with leadership responsibilities.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare claims lifecycle and payer ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with Eclipse-based healthcare applications.
• Expertise in test management and test data management.
• Strong understanding of policy-driven workflows and benefits setup.
• Proven track record in reducing defect leakage through rigorous governance.
• Experience managing integration testing for complex enterprise systems.
