Description

Lead QA strategy and execution for large-scale insurance transformation programs, balancing manual and automated testing to ensure delivery quality.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall testing strategy, framework, and governance model for complex migration programs.
• Design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Oversee all testing phases including test design, environment setup, execution, defect management, and reporting.
• Guide junior resources and stakeholders while contributing hands-on to testing delivery in a lean team.
• Optimize the balance between manual and automated testing to support business-critical objectives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience leading and performing QA activities in transformation or modernization programs.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in test design, framework build, and test execution.
• Strong expertise in building automated testing frameworks using Selenium.
• Proficiency with at least one modern automation tool: Playwright, Cypress, Tosca, UFT, or TestComplete.
• Deep understanding of both automated and manual testing methodologies.
• Experience working in small, multi-role teams to drive delivery and establish best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge in insurance industry projects.
• Experience with Tosca or UFT for legacy system testing.
