Description

Lead quality assurance efforts and oversee the testing lifecycle for complex software applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and cases for complex software.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using industry-standard frameworks.
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing to ensure reliability.
• Analyze test results, prioritize defects, and collaborate with developers on resolutions.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to a team of testing engineers.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in software testing, covering manual and automated methodologies.
• Expertise in creating automated frameworks using Selenium or Appium.
• Experience with Cypress or TOSCA automation tools.
• Proficiency in API, Web application, and UI testing.
• Working knowledge of PHP, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a related technical field.
• ISTQB certification or similar software testing credentials.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
