Drive quality engineering for Medicare provider management and claims, ensuring high-quality releases through rigorous testing and automation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate Medicare provider management and claims requirements into comprehensive test plans with business SMEs.
• Execute functional, integrated, regression, and end-to-end testing cycles, managing test case execution and reporting.
• Partner with developers and automation engineers to drive an automation-first approach and improve system testability.
• Manage the defect lifecycle by identifying, documenting, and tracking issues, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with test data and environment teams to ensure client environment readiness for deployment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technology Quality Engineering.
• 5+ years of specific Medicare experience in Provider management and claims.
• Proficiency with SQL and various database types for database testing.
• 1+ years of experience using Python.
• Experience with AWS services including S3, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
• Strong experience in UI testing and automated testing modeling tools.
• Deep understanding of SDLC processes and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Zephyr, or similar project management tools.
• Ability to manage outsourced or offshore testing arrangements within matrixed organizations.
