Description

You will own the quality assurance process, driving best practices and ensuring high-quality product delivery through manual and automated testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, cases, and procedures aligned with acceptance criteria.
• Execute manual and automated testing across the full SDLC, including functional and non-functional verification.
• Collaborate with offshore QA teams and internal stakeholders to support Agile sprint testing activities.
• Produce detailed reporting on test execution and defect rates using bug tracking tools.
• Continually improve QA processes and procedures to enhance team efficiency and product quality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software QA testing experience.
• Strong understanding of requirements-based testing and software development life cycles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge for database testing.
• Experience with API testing and Azure DevOps environments.
• Ability to plan, execute, and manage phased testing across complex systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.

Preferred Skills

• Completed college degree (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Healthcare industry experience.
