Lead testing strategies and quality assurance processes within a complex technical environment.

You will identify appropriate testing techniques, tools, and guidelines to implement required test suites. Design and execute test solutions for RESTful APIs and SOAP integrations. Collaborate with engineering teams within outsourced environments to ensure delivery quality. Manage testing workflows across diverse technologies, platforms, and processing environments. Apply SDLC methodologies including Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall to the testing lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in software testing or related roles.
• Extensive experience in test automation using Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, and Ruby.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data validation and testing.
• Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Agile, DevOps, Spiral, and Incremental development.
• Hands-on experience with test management software like Zephyr.
• Proven ability to test RESTful APIs and SOAP integrations.
• Experience working across multiple platforms and diverse processing environments.
• Ability to manage quality standards in an outsourced engineering model.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other automation frameworks beyond the core stack.
