Description

You will lead quality engineering initiatives and drive automation excellence across multiple Agile delivery teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategies and governance frameworks for UI and API automation.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines to streamline DevOps workflows.
• Mentor team members on best practices for test automation and quality assurance.
• Drive the adoption of robust automation frameworks across Agile delivery teams.
• Ensure consistent quality standards through rigorous testing and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or QA Leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in building and maintaining automation frameworks for UI and API testing.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Proven track record of working within Agile methodologies.
• Ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
• Any Graduate degree in a relevant field.
