Description

Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and automation efforts for a major financial services modernization program.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead UAT activities across the modernization program lifecycle to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to validate requirements and maintain traceability.
• Manage change requests and perform impact analysis to ensure appropriate testing coverage.
• Support cutover planning and verify production deployment readiness.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in QA testing, UAT, and test automation.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
• Strong background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and validation processes.
• Experience working in complex programs, ideally within banking or payments environments.
• Knowledge of test management tools including JIRA, ALM, or TestRail.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting large-scale modernization or transformation programs.
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Understanding of release management and cutover strategies.
