Description

You will lead technical testing efforts by designing test strategies and maintaining automation frameworks for web and backend systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive manual and automated test strategies.
• Develop and maintain UI automation test suites using C# and Selenium.
• Create detailed test plans and test cases derived from requirements and user stories.
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and usability testing.
• Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and track resolutions to completion.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners within Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and drive process improvements.
• Conduct database testing using SQL queries for data validation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on QA experience in web and backend testing.
• Expertise in UI automation using C# and Selenium.
• Proven experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks.
• Strong manual and functional testing skills.
• Proficiency with SQL for data validation and analysis.
• Experience using Jira, ADO/TFS, or ALM.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical abilities.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TestComplete, UFT, Postman, or REST-assured.
• Mobile testing exposure and scripting knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
