Description

Own the rearchitecture of the test harness for headless, multi-tenant execution with durable orchestration and scheduled runs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Wire the harness into the E2E spine and integrate with Test Data Management (TDM) systems.
• Record specs, drive code generation, and manage test execution and promotion lifecycles.
• Instrument telemetry for flake detection and stability scoring to gate promotions.
• Design API integrations with the Repo Knowledge Plane and AI gateway patterns.
• Implement deterministic control around probabilistic LLM components.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with recent platform/backend work.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript for API design and event-driven orchestration.
• Deep expertise in test automation using Playwright or Selenium.
• Experience with BDD/Gherkin and CI integration.
• Familiarity with agentic LLM frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, Strands).
• Understanding of Kubernetes, OpenShift, or ROSA.
• Experience replatforming IDE-bound tools into shared services.

Preferred Skills

• Snowflake AI gateway patterns and LLM cost awareness.
• Ownership of TDM or synthetic data pipelines.
• Domain knowledge in insurance or brownfield sequencing.
