You will architect and drive the quality engineering strategy for complex systems.

Responsibilities

  • Architect scalable test environments, synthetic test data solutions, and data pipelines.
  • Define and implement testing technology roadmaps aligned with Agile delivery models.
  • Establish governance, security, and compliance standards for test data and environments.
  • Design frameworks for integration across test management, automation, CI/CD, and analytics platforms.
  • Drive the implementation of enterprise test processes and establish consistent QA best practices.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of proven experience as a Technical or Solutions Architect in Quality Engineering or Test Automation.
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and QA processes.
  • Experience designing data architectures, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud-based test environments.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
  • Experience integrating CI/CD pipelines and orchestration tools.
  • Ability to derive and implement best practices across project and product teams.
  • Experience working in DevOps-driven delivery environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
