Description

You own the User Acceptance Testing process, product rollout into production, and overall quality assurance for the software development life cycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex process monitoring, product evaluation, and audit assignments to ensure standards are met.
• Document findings, perform root cause analyses, and recommend solutions for process improvements.
• Ensure project standards and procedures are fully documented and followed throughout the SDLC.
• Monitor products for conformance to standards, identify risks, and verify traceability in project work products.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on quality processes and effective solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an IT Quality role with demonstrated execution capabilities.
• Strong expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Quality Assurance, and Software Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Test Automation tools and creating test scenarios/scripts.
• Proficiency in SQL for complex query writing and data validation.
• Experience in Process Monitoring, Root Cause Analysis, and Reporting Tools.
• Project Management skills with the ability to assess risk and manage compliance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Development experience in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of IT Quality processes and procedures.
