Responsibilities

• Act as a domain expert for automation, QA tools, and test management techniques.
• Consult on complex testing strategies within the SDLC and DevOps frameworks.
• Establish best practices for quality engineering and test data management.
• Balance leadership duties with hands-on technical execution.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in QA/QE roles.
• Strong background in Quality Engineering and automation.
• Proven experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with test data management and DevOps integration.
• Background in financial services testing.
• Direct experience in leadership and hands-on technical execution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jira and X-Ray.
• Prior experience in Middle Office environments.
