Lead strategic QA initiatives and engineering transformation by improving processes, tools, and automation across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering transformation by enhancing QA practices and automation strategies.
• Consult on complex testing strategies within SDLC and DevOps frameworks.
• Establish best practices for quality engineering and test data management.
• Balance leadership duties with hands-on technical execution of quality assurance tasks.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in QA/QE roles with a strong background in quality engineering.
• Proven experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with test data management and DevOps integration.
• Background in financial services testing.
• Direct experience in leadership and hands-on technical execution.
• Ability to act as a domain expert for automation and test management techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jira and X-Ray.
• Prior experience in Middle Office environments.
