Description

You will ensure the quality of Guidewire application evolutions for P&C insurance solutions. You own the design and execution of manual and automated test plans, scripts, and cases aligned with project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct system, integration, functional, data validation, and user acceptance testing across Guidewire modules.
• Validate XML and JSON payloads from integration message queues and troubleshoot issues via application log analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create robust end-to-end test scenarios for custom configurations.
• Manage QA workflows using tools such as JIRA, Rally, Client-QC, VTS, or TFS.
• Track SLAs and adhere to ITIL processes within Application Managed Services.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in QA testing and Application Managed Services.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Extensive knowledge of OOTB Guidewire functionality and client customizations for P&C insurance.
• Proficiency in SOAP UI, XML coding, JSON validation, and SQL.
• Experience validating custom configurations including pay plans, delinquency flows, rating, roles, and permissions.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of GOsu and the Guidewire Event & Rules Framework.
• Experience with Guidewire Datahub, Forms, and Contact Manager.
