Description

Lead the design, planning, and execution of test plans and automation scripts to ensure software functionality and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and automation scripts using open-source tools.
• Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities across the development lifecycle.
• Validate data mappings, ETL transformations, and complex data ingestion pipelines.
• Identify, document, and track bugs while performing regression testing after resolution.
• Liaise with developers and product managers to review requirements and provide technical feedback.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong proficiency in writing SQL queries for data validation.
• Hands-on experience with API testing using REST/SOAP, Postman, and Pytest.
• Experience testing ETL processes, data pipelines, and transformations.
• Ability to reconcile data from source to target and perform business validation checks.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Background in US Healthcare data, including clinical, claims, or analytical datasets.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of healthcare standards including FHIR, HL7, X12, and CCDA.
• Experience in Value-Based Care domains.
