Description

You will lead test strategy definition, implementation, and execution to ensure software reliability across web and mobile applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain test cases for front-end and back-end applications.
• Perform full regression testing and validate system interfaces during software releases.
• Investigate and document defects in Jira, collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
• Lead test planning, including risk assessments, resource allocation, and execution timelines.
• Mentor junior QA analysts and continuously evaluate QA processes to improve efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps environments.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing strategies and test case management tools.
• Proficiency in API testing using tools like Postman.
• Strong SQL skills for database testing.
• Experience reading logs to diagnose and resolve complex software defects.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and integrating automated tests into pipelines.
• Knowledge of security, performance, and usability testing best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent.
• Experience working directly in DevOps or CI/CD environments.
