Description

You will lead manual testing efforts, ensuring business logic integrity through rigorous data validation and defect tracking.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and create valid test data to support testing cycles.
• Identify data sources within relational databases, specifically Oracle, to validate business logic.
• Execute functional, regression, and system testing to ensure software quality.
• Identify, document, and track defects through the full lifecycle, including re-testing.
• Document QA artifacts including test cases and test results.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manual testing.
• Proficiency in Oracle and relational database querying.
• Experience performing functional, regression, and system testing.
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking and documentation.
• Proven ability to work within an agile methodology.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the Juvenile Justice domain or related fields.
