Description

Own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for complex noticing solutions within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, regression, system integration (SIT), and accessibility testing based on technical requirements and user stories.
• Develop reusable test scripts and define scenarios to validate that development aligns with business specifications.
• Perform API and service testing to verify and compare outputs using industry tools.
• Conduct data setup, execute test cases, and perform root cause analysis during defect triage meetings.
• Troubleshoot production defect tickets and support the retesting of fixes for timely patching.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end software/IT application testing.
• 2+ years supporting eligibility management processes within a benefits management program.
• Proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman or SOAP UI.
• Experience investigating data file formats including JSON, XML, and HTML.
• Hands-on experience with accessibility testing tools like JAWS.
• Experience with database query tools such as pgAdmin4, SQL Developer, or TOAD.
• Working knowledge of test management and tracking tools like JIRA or ALM.
• Competency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Experience with data integration testing involving external applications.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working in a healthcare or government setting.
