Description

Lead functional and system integration testing to ensure new functionality meets quality standards and production changes minimize risk.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional and system integration testing for new features and enhancements.
• Create detailed test scenarios and test cases derived from requirements and use cases.
• Perform peer reviews of work completed by other QA testers to provide technical feedback.
• Define testing estimates and prioritize test items based on business criticality and impact.
• Document, communicate, and troubleshoot bugs, defects, and system changes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in QA or software testing.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Senior QA Analyst.
• 3-5 years of experience in automation testing, including recent experience in desktop automation.
• Proficiency in Java, Selenium, and SQL.
• Experience testing Java code.
• 1+ year of experience with test management and automation tools like HP ALM/Quality Center and UFT.
• Strong domain experience in capital markets or investment banking.
• Ability to work onsite in Des Moines, Iowa.
