Description

Lead testing efforts to ensure software applications meet rigorous quality and performance standards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional and regression testing on all software under development.
• Define test criteria and exit criteria for new and modified applications.
• Conduct root cause analysis for missed issues to implement effective remediation plans.
• Mentor junior QA team members on testing best practices and activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Proficiency with Postman for API testing.
• Experience using JIRA for defect tracking and management.
• Ability to develop automated unit tests.
• Experience with stress testing and code coverage analysis.
• Proven track record in functional and regression testing methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
