Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java and Playwright with TypeScript. You will lead BDD automation implementation using Cucumber and Gherkin, ensuring business-readable test scenarios and collaboration across teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Automate functional, regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end test suites to improve test coverage and release quality.
• Perform comprehensive API testing and validation using Postman, REST-based tools, and REST Assured frameworks.
• Develop and maintain mobile automation frameworks using Appium for Android and iOS, implementing Android UI automation using Espresso and iOS automation using XCUITest.
• Integrate automation test execution into CI/CD pipelines and configure automated builds using Azure DevOps Pipelines.
• Mentor junior QA engineers, enforce automation standards, and conduct code reviews to optimize framework performance.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Cypress automation.
• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver (Java) and Playwright (TypeScript).
• Experience with BDD frameworks, specifically Cucumber and Gherkin.
• Mobile automation expertise using Appium, Espresso, and XCUITest.
• API testing skills with Postman, REST Assured, and RESTful APIs.
• CI/CD integration experience using Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Boards).
• Strong programming background in Java and TypeScript with Object-Oriented Programming principles.
• 10+ years of total working experience in software quality assurance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline configuration.
• Familiarity with microservices-based architectures and cloud environments.
