Description

You will lead automation and performance testing efforts to ensure high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop maintainable automated regression suites, test harnesses, and custom testing tools.
• Create test plans and test cases based on functional specifications and participate in architecture reviews.
• Lead testing staff by planning work, assigning tasks, and reviewing scripts and defect descriptions.
• Execute functional, system, and regression testing for web, APIs, and databases.
• Partner with development teams to ensure business functionality meets acceptance criteria and project deadlines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software testing experience covering all phases from planning to closure.
• 5+ years of experience as an Automation QA Tester.
• 5+ years of experience creating and executing automation tests using Selenium.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with SQL for database testing and querying.
• Strong understanding of Agile processes, specifically Scrum.
• Experience testing SOAP and REST services within SOA architecture.
• Working knowledge of Git or other distributed source control systems.
• Experience with defect tracking, change management, and test data management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and testing microservices, containers, or Docker.
