Description

Lead manual and automation testing to ensure high-quality software delivery across backend systems and third-party vendors.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Execute manual testing and automation workflows to validate system integrity.
• Coordinate end-to-end validation across various backend systems and third-party vendors.
• Collaborate with developers and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
• Host status meetings and ad hoc working sessions with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and testing.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium for automation.
• Proficiency in API testing.
• Strong background in manual testing methodologies.
• Proven ability to implement QA processes and methodologies.
• Experience performing end-to-end validation with backend systems.
• Any Graduate degree.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Retail or Online Store environments.
