Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software quality assurance, automated testing, integration and acceptance testing, performance testing, accessibility testing, and software quality processes across complex, multi-release environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain software quality assurance plans, standards, processes, and documentation.

Establish and execute automated testing procedures throughout the software development lifecycle.

Design, develop, and execute test cases for Unit, UAT, Integration, Interoperability, System Integration, and Performance Testing.

Prepare test scripts, test data, test plans, and supporting documentation.

Perform performance testing using tools such as Mercury LoadRunner.

Evaluate test results and verify compliance with design, quality standards, and applicable regulations.

Test database interfaces within multi-release application environments.

Participate in formal and informal software reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Manage software testing and acceptance processes, including stakeholder feedback and quality metrics.

Track defects, test results, bug fixes, and releases using Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools.

Evaluate software quality assurance processes and recommend enhancements.

Perform website accessibility testing against WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA standards using NVDA or similar accessibility tools.

Analyze internal system security and support verification and validation activities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field; OR three years of equivalent experience testing Internet and intranet applications
