Description

You will ensure the quality of distributed web-based applications through comprehensive testing strategies and defect management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review business and functional requirements to define test strategies and create test cases.
• Develop, execute, and maintain test cases for new and existing application features.
• Report defects, manage the bug triage process, and ensure efficient issue resolution.
• Provide status updates and assist in determining release readiness.
• Participate in full-lifecycle development processes, including troubleshooting configuration issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years' experience reviewing product requirements, creating test plans, and testing distributed web-based applications.
• 7+ years' experience with web-based GUI testing for Java/J2EE applications using data-driven methodologies.
• 4+ years' programming experience in Python or Java.
• Experience working in UNIX/Linux and SQL/Oracle environments.
• Solid understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Experience using ALM or similar test management tools.
• Familiarity with test automation execution and script maintenance.
• Strong SQL knowledge and ability to perform data analysis.
