Description

You will lead quality engineering initiatives for complex, cloud-native software platforms, owning the design and implementation of advanced automation strategies. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust automation strategies to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance across modern applications.
• Build and maintain testing frameworks for validating large-scale system migrations and continuous integration pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to establish and enforce strong quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to AI-assisted testing initiatives and drive continuous improvement methodologies for high-performance systems.
• Manage performance testing and validate software delivery practices to ensure exceptional quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Software Testing.
• Proficiency in Java for developing automation scripts and testing frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud-Native Testing and DevOps practices.
• Strong background in Performance Testing and scalability validation.
• Familiarity with AI-Assisted Testing tools and techniques.
• Experience with complex software platforms and modern application architectures.
• Understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with high-performance systems and large-scale system migrations.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and software delivery best practices.
