Description

You will own the quality assurance of backend components for surveillance systems, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and cases for backend components.
• Validate data flows and system integrations using XML files to check schema compliance.
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing on Java applications and APIs.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to validate backend processes and maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and ensure full test coverage.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in QA/testing, focused on backend systems.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Experience with Python for scripting and automation.
• Hands-on experience testing Java applications.
• Experience working with XML files.
• Proficiency in API Testing and Postman.
• Experience with Backend Testing, Regression Testing, and ETL.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of data pipelines and real-time data streaming.
• Experience with integration testing and data integrity validation.
