Description

You will lead end-to-end product testing and manage software delivery within an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and creation of test automation frameworks and proof of concepts.
• Lead delivery of software enhancements with a focus on user experience and testing best practices.
• Mentor junior and senior team members by providing technical direction.
• Track product delivery end-to-end including comprehensive reporting.
• Contribute to automation via build pipelines and integrated test phases.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of experience in functional, performance, or security automation testing.
• Proficiency in Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit, NUnit, Protractor, TestNG, Gherkin, or SoapUI.
• Experience with Python and API/UI testing using Postman or Karate.
• Working knowledge of relational databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL.
• Experience with GIT and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Kanban development methodologies.
• Proven ability to work with distributed teams across different geographies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data delivery testing or validation.
• Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud services and web apps.
• Knowledge of accessibility, performance, and security testing.
