Description

Lead quality assurance efforts by reviewing software requirements and designing comprehensive test scenarios. Own the stability of the release pipeline through rigorous testing and automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute automated and manual test cases to ensure software quality.
• Analyze test results to identify, reproduce, and track errors and bugs.
• Maintain and optimize automated test suites for regression and stability.
• Prepare and distribute detailed test reports for stakeholders and development teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance.
• 6+ years of experience running and maintaining automated tests using Java, Selenium, and BDD.
• 6-8 years of experience with API testing tools such as REST API and Karate.
• 6-8 years of experience working within Agile environments.
• 6-8 years of experience using JIRA for issue tracking and project management.
• 4-6 years of experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• 2-4 years of experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated delivery.
• Strong background in manual testing and QA best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a life insurance company.
