Description

Manage quality assurance activities, oversee testing strategies, and lead blended teams of state and vendor resources.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage adherence to program-level testing strategies, quality assurance processes, artifacts, and tools.
• Oversee the quality assurance team and all associated deliverables.
• Liaise with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and executive teams to ensure projects meet business needs.
• Review vendor deliverables to ensure system testing and delivery align with requirements.
• Produce status reports for management regarding testing efforts and defect management.

Required Skills

• More than 7 years of experience in quality assurance managing testing across multiple high-profile projects.
• More than 7 years of experience working on complex projects, including 2 or more years in a leadership role as a tester.
• More than 5 years of experience reporting to and presenting to stakeholders and senior management.
• Proficiency with automated testing tools such as Selenium or Katalon.
• Experience with defect tracking and test planning tools like Jira or HP Application Lifecycle Management.
• Experience with Java scripting or related programming languages for developing automated test scripts.
• Experience managing blended teams of state and vendor resources.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Eligibility, Enrollment, and Case Management related systems.
• Experience coordinating with performance testing or security testing teams.
