Description

Lead technical testing and quality assurance for the Employment, Banking and Revenue Delivery Center.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate functional, integration, regression, load/performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop and deploy quality assurance standards and processes for application development.
• Perform automated load and performance tests according to established test plans.
• Maintain testing schedules, environment inventories, and entry/exit criteria.
• Mentor, train, and guide testers while providing knowledge transfer to staff.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in QA and testing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Test Manager.
• Experience with SQL Server and Microsoft SQL Reporting Services.
• Hands-on experience with Team Foundation Server.
• Experience with Soap UI-Ready API.
• Ability to perform load testing and use Load UI.
• Knowledge of LDAP.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field.
