Description

You will own automation strategy and execution for quality assurance, leading onshore and offshore QA coordination efforts. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive test automation implementation within development sprints.
• Define quality strategy and execute sprint and regression automation tasks.
• Lead onshore and offshore QA coordination efforts.
• Contribute to daily scrum meetings and ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in QA/Quality Engineering with demonstrated team leadership.
• 6+ years experience in test automation using Selenium with Java or Playwright.
• Expert proficiency in Core Java, TestNG, Cucumber, and Gradle.
• Strong skills in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with REST Assured for API testing.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, JIRA, and ALM/Quality Center.
• Strong communication abilities for cross-functional coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
