Description

Lead quality assurance efforts in an Agile/Scrum environment, owning risk-based testing, automation, and defect resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute risk-based testing techniques to ensure software quality across the release cycle.
• Manage test environments and oversee test data management processes.
• Perform defect tracking and root cause analysis using Jira or Rally.
• Implement automation and performance testing approaches to improve coverage.
• Collaborate with remote teams to deliver QA requirements on time.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of QA experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Competency in Java for test development.
• Proficiency with CI tools including Jenkins, TeamCity, or GitLab.
• Hands-on experience with API testing.
• Advanced SQL skills for data validation and querying.
• Experience with ETL processes and understanding of QA processes and deliverables.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools like Jira or Rally.
