Description

You will own performance quality engineering across the application stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define performance requirements and acceptance criteria by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Develop and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests using industry tools.
• Conduct frontend performance audits, focusing on browser rendering and asset loading efficiency.
• Automate performance testing integration into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and provide detailed optimization recommendations to cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven working experience in performance testing.
• Proficiency in JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner for performance testing.
• Hands-on experience scripting and executing tests for web, API, and database layers.
• Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Java, Python, or Bash.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like New Relic or AppDynamics.
• Experience with cloud environments, including AWS or Azure.
• Ability to interpret system metrics (CPU, memory, network latency) to diagnose bottlenecks.
