Description

Lead testing strategies to ensure software reliability across platform features and web services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and execute automated and manual test scenarios for web services and platform features.
• Review product requirements for testability and propose design changes to improve automation potential.
• Maintain and enhance existing manual and automated regression test suites.
• Manage defects and track quality metrics including defect density, counts, and test coverage.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to execute multi-platform, end-to-end testing.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software QA with a focus on functional and automation testing.
• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and Java.
• Experience with API testing using manual and automated processes, specifically REST Assured or similar.
• Competent software engineering skills.
• Knowledge of relational databases, specifically MySQL or MSSQL.
• Deep understanding of functional, performance, regression, and security testing techniques.
• 4+ years of experience working within agile software engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working remotely with geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams.
