Execute end-to-end manual and automation testing for ACI MTS payment products and Real Time Payments solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end manual and automation testing for ACI MTS payment products and Real Time Payments solutions.
• Validate client configurations to ensure alignment with specific business requirements.
• Reproduce customer issues by establishing internal environments that mirror client configurations and document defect replication steps.
• Provide workarounds and permanent resolutions for product functionality, customizations, or software defects.
• Navigate GUIs and interrogate log files to verify test results and investigate errors.

Required Skills

• Over 8 years of experience in payment product testing or quality engineering.
• Hands-on experience with ACI MTS product testing and configuration.
• Proficiency in end-to-end (E2E) payment testing.
• Experience with both manual and automation testing methodologies.
• Ability to manage and resolve high-priority customer issues within critical Real Time Payments Systems.
• Strong technical documentation skills for tracking case status, decisions, and resolution steps.
• Ability to work closely with Solution Architects to test customer customizations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ACI payment products.
