Description

Lead a QA team and drive quality strategy across the organization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3+ QA engineers.
• Define and implement QA strategies, standards, and best practices for automated testing.
• Design, develop, and oversee automated test frameworks using Python, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Conduct hands-on testing for critical features and architectural decisions.
• Coordinate release testing and manage test environments and data strategies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on software testing experience.
• 3+ years in a QA leadership or team lead role.
• Expert-level Python programming with 5+ years of automation development experience.
• Deep understanding of testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices.
• Proficiency with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Experience with API testing and performance testing tools like Locust.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
