Description

You will lead testing strategies to ensure software reliability through automation and manual execution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and execute automated and manual test scenarios for platform features and web services.
• Review product requirements for testability and propose design changes to facilitate automation.
• Maintain and enhance existing manual and automated regression test cases.
• Manage defects and track quality metrics including defect density, counts, and test coverage.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to execute multi-platform, end-to-end testing.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software QA focusing on functional and automation testing.
• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and Java.
• Experience with API testing using manual processes or the REST Assured framework.
• 4+ years of experience working within agile software engineering teams.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or MSSQL.
• Deep knowledge of functional, performance, regression, and security testing techniques.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proven ability to estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working remotely with geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams.
